ORWAY(Oregon Wrestling Association for Youth) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to grow amateur collegiate wrestling in Oregon and positively influence the lives of Oregon youth by maximizing participation and opportunity at all levels through grass roots promotions and by providing a low-cost, user-friendly experience.

ORWAY Objectives:
1. Grow the number of wrestlers, coaches and wrestling programs in Oregon
2. Standardize competitive formats to be efficient and user-friendly
3. Provide educational resources to coaches
4. Effect change to make wrestling a more media friendly sport
5. Encourage cooperation with other wrestling organizations in Oregon to best serve the Oregon wrestling community
6. Provide the financial and organizational means for Oregon wrestlers to compete at regional and national events when possible
7. Provide support for wrestling programs in Oregon when possible, both financial and otherwise
